I loved what you said about the Whitmires being there. It is so TRUE! Shannon and Pat and Gran were lifesavers for Marcus and me. When Jessie was born and Martha Smith was only 15 months old, I think I made Gran stay with me a total of 6 weeks! You guys will be ready to fly solo long before that. The girls and I just spent 30 minutes "catching up" with your blog entries. They (and I) loved hearing you both and seeing beautiful Carter. Blessings! Ann
